For America's Bodacious Women in Charge!

Thoughts from the Boss ...
I am a BITCH and Proud of It!

To all young women passing by...

As you are today,
so once was I...

As I am today,
you, too, could be...

Prepare yourself
now to follow me...

Stand up for yourself
at work and play,
and you, too,
will be proud
to be called a BITCH
someday!

I embrace the title of BITCH:

B
BossBabe
I
In
T
Total
C
Control of
H
Herself

So you think BossBabe is a bitch, huh?

  • When I stand up for myself and my beliefs, you call me a bitch.
  • When I stand up for those I love, you call me a bitch.
  • When I speak my mind, think my own thoughts, or do things my own way, you call me a bitch.

Listen up...

Being a bitch entails raising children to be strong adults who have a solid sense of personal and social responsibility, who are not afraid to stand up for what they believe in and who love and respect themselves for the wondrous beings they are.

Being a bitch means that I am free to be the divinely complex creature that I am, with all my own intricacies, contradictions, quirks and beauty.

Being a bitch means I won't compromise what's in my heart. It means I live my life MY way. It means I don't allow anyone to step on me. When I refuse to tolerate injustice and speak up against it, I am defined as a bitch. The same thing happens when I take time for myself, even acting a little selfish, instead of being everyone's maid or satisfying a man's pleasure.

I am proud to be a bitch! It means I have the courage and strength to allow myself to be who I truly am. I will not become anyone else's idea of what you think I "should" be. I am outspoken, opinionated, and determined. By God, I am proud to be who I am, and there is nothing wrong with that!

So try to stomp on me, try to douse my inner flame, try to squash every ounce of beauty I hold within me. You won't succeed. And if that makes me a bitch, so be it.

I KNOW I'M A BITCH. WHAT ARE YOU?
